Using your fav dr bronners liquid soap..
1/3 cup dr bronners
6 pumps aloe gel
Foaming pump container
YLEO Thieves 6-10 drops
YLEO Purification 6-10 drops
YLEO Sage 6-10 drops (optional)
Water to fill
I love the scent of sage...so I put it in anything I can:)
Place one by every sink around the house!
One swipe and rub it in all done for all day! 20 drops lavender, 20 drops purification, 5 drops thieves, fill the remainder of roller to 3/4 full. Add in coconut oil to fill. Shake well and coconut oil will liquify. Shake then one swipe under each arm rub in and go about your day! We have gone to the zoo and a pumpkin patch and this works amazingly! !
What a Sunday afternoon activity! Conditioning treatment for long hair:) just use less for short hair:)
We started with a dollop of our mix...(1/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup olive oil 1tbsp honey) scooped into palm add 3 drops lemon and 3 drops orange. Rub palms together and distribute from ends to roots . Comb through and wrap hair for 30mins- 1 hour. Then we made a special hair wash. 1 tsp glycerin 2 tsp aloe gel 3 drops of purification and 3 drops of stress away. Then 2 tbsp dr bronners liquid castle soap.
Rinse hair apply wash ...lather and rinse. Comb through. Dry hair as usual:)
before we go out we rub thieves on our feet... when we have playdates we diffuse thieves!
