enough water to make a paste that will stand on the fork tines

the day started off early! but it still was 5 hours before we got in the car to leave:(
once we we load up i had to grab the valor! my daughter said... mama why essential oils? i said... because mama is already getting stressed.
after we stopped for our first meal, hubby started yawning..... i grabbed lemon and peppermint.. 2 drops of each and rubbed on the back of his neck! energized he did not yawn again the rest of the day....
i on the other hand needed stress away half way though. Vittoria needed di-gize for belly woes.... well at 4 a biscut, a pancake, 2 chicken strips, 4 strawberries, and ketchup mixed in made for a full crazy post meal belly!
as we are aproaching our destination... a mear 10 hours since we left home. i am planing my arival oil spread... panaway, valor, and well will let you know:-)

how young living essential oils have changed my life

I was introduced to yleo by my friend Aly. I did not have it in my budget in june 2013 to buy the starter kit. So i started with Peace and calming. I was in need of sleep! My 4 1/2 yr old daughter has co-slept with us from birth. She took hours to go to sleep at night! crying fits, screaming,it was a mess! My husband traveled 3 weeks out of the month! I was at my wits end! the first night i used 2 drops of peace and calming and 2 drops of extra virgin olive oil.    With in 10 minutes she was asleep!!!! yes asleep. i almost tapped her to make sure she was okay! 

this continued for 2 weeks. so once young living came out with the new kit July 15 with the diffuser and the stress away..... i went all in!

here i am august 30,2013.... peace and calming ordered, kit ordered, first essentail rewards order, second essentail rewards order August 15,2013...i now have 26 different oils and have NOT had to use any over the counter medicines of any kind!! i have not had to buy any commercial brand toxic chemical cleansers!
I am now in control of my families health and wellness like never before! 

with the guidence of my doctor I am also getting off of my depression meds! This is huge for me. I am happy and able to get done what i need to on a daily basis!

Also the overall effects of the oils i use daily has helped me to curb my OCD tendiences. I no longer have to have the new things, the last one on the shelf, the infomercial product. i can walk in the store get what i need and not purchase extras! saving my family money!:-)

My life was changed so drastically from the night I first tried peace and calming. Then when my starter kit came in my life went into complete detox! New life with Oils

Welcome to our life.  I am a stay at home mother of a 4 year old. Hubby and i have been married since 2004.  Between the 3 of us we have our share of ailments.....to name a few ..seasonal allergies, high blood pressure, anxiety, stress, muscle aches, skin issues, headaches, stomach woes, bug bites, sun sensitive skin.... and YES thoes are just a few!

One of the biggest problem areas has been sleep! our 4 year old is independant and head strong....... so nighttime has been challenging.  For years there had been arguing, kicking, talking, fidgetting,tossing, turning, waking all hours of the night. We also were enduring meltdowns, temper tantrums, time outs many times a day.......

My friend intoduced me to young living essential oils and one of there oil blends.... peace and calmimg. We applied 2 drops mixed with a bit of olive oil to the bottom of her feet 10 minutes before bedtime. That night she was asleep in 10 minutes and slept peacefully the entire night!  and for the last 3 weeks bedtime has been easy! 

No more melt downs, time outs, tantrums, no more kicking, screaming, we are all sleeping rock solid!!!! 

Then my friend told me about a new starter kit that was coming out with a diffuser in it! so I jumped fast and ordered it! I have been using the oils daily for 4 days now and they have incorporated wonderfully into our daily life! I will be posting step by step recipes for what i have made so far!  I can't wait to share our daily life journey with everyone!
